İş barədə məlumat  Timely update of new incoming invoice registry (payables ledger). Timely payments to suppliers both local and foreign
 Registration of foreign advance contracts in the Government portal.
 Timely update of receivables ledger/ageing file.
 Issue of Tax invoices and all and internal invoice documents.
 Monthly reconciliation with the customers
 Maintain proper Internal document control/filing system.
 Issue of cash in /out vouchers. Daily reconciliation of the cash balance
 Deal with all sort of bank transfers (initiations only) and LC documentation;
 Issuance of business letters
 Timely update of a contracts register
 Other duties as assigned
Tələblər  1 or more years of experience in a similar position is required
 Good knowledge of accounting principles
 Written and spoken Azeri and English. Russian is an asset
 Computer skills (1C, MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.);
 Ability to work with e-government portal
 Strong attention to details;
 Good verbal and written communication skills;
 Hard working, task-oriented person;
 Good team player
 Preferred age of 23 - 30
