||- Monthly management account preparation;
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.;
- Prepare profit and loss accounts sheets;
- Provide assistance to prepare financial statements according to company policies;
- Processing payments and invoices accurately and timely as per company procedures;
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills and etc.;
- Prepare period end journals for prepayments, accruals, commission payments and depreciation;
- Perform journal entries as per established and statutory accounting standards;
- Verify financial statements, ledgers and accounts for errors and make appropriate corrections or refer to supervisor if errors are of complex nature;
- Prepare and submit expense reports to management for approval.
||- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines;
- High school diploma in Accounting or related field preferred;
- Understanding of accounting principles;
- Experience in using Excel and other accounting software;
- Experience in Balance Sheet Account Preparation;
- Accounting qualifications and certifications is preferred;
- Minimum 2 years practical experience in related field.
